Elegomall - will they really not ship Joyetech to UK

I was browsing the Elegomall site and found a cracking deal on a joyetech mod but it mentions that due to an exclusive distribution deal they cannot ship to the UK. Is that really true? If I order then might they "accidentally on purposse" not realise it was going to the UK and ship it anyway?

Another site i use says the same. It's a licensing thing. However; Whenever i have ordered joyetech items from that other site they have emailed me and asked if i was happy for the Joyetech 'stickers' to be removed before posting. I always agree and that's that.....
