Element vape legit?

Hi guys are you familiar with Element vape? I tried to order from them and my order keeps getting declined. when i reached out to them they said it may be my cc. When I called my cc they said that everything is fine and they see that it is due to their website and nothing from my cc. After i emailed element I haven't got a response from them. There are they only with the mod im looking for too
