ELEMENT VAPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I wanted to post a quick thread regarding Element Vape and my experience with them. I purchased a Smok TF RTA from the via ebay (Best price, didn't even realize it was a website that sells vape supplies, for all I knew it was some dude in his Mom's basement). Anyway that was now over 30 days ago and since purchasing the tank it was a bit off, top cap was a little loose, the tank would leak sometimes but hold juice like a champ others - really weird stuff BUT the reason for this post is that I contacted them on day 30 of purchase (May have even been 31) and they immediately replied (and I mean QUICK) telling me to send it back and they would take care of me - fair enough! So I send it back knowing that these guys were great after A) getting the tank TWO DAYS after ordering it from CA to MA and their response time to my issue which shows they wanted to resolve it within the 30 day ebay return period. I sent it back and it got there in short time as well, and they sent me back a replacement SIX HOURS LATER with absolutely no questions asked, they simply emailed me a tracking number and said enjoy! I wanted to share this as the only posts I have seen are from people sketched out by them, maybe they deal mainly on ebay I have an account on their site so I probably ordered from them but MAN was that an AMAZING experience, best one I have had with an ebayer and probably with a Vape vendor. Also the tank was only $20 and for anyone questioning them as a company, simply add to cart - enter credit card info and click ORDER! A+ for these guys #ElementVape - favorite new vendor for sure!!!!!!

I've purchased from them before but off their website. I didn't know they sold on eBay as well. My order went fine with them.

Yeah, one of my earliest purchases was from a vape shop that teamed with Amazon. I figured buying it there would give me a more secure financial transaction and Amazons' customer service if something goes wrong.

Going just a few years back, vape supplier's were not of the same, uh, Quality as they mostly are today

Thank you all for the welcome, and yes they sell a decent amount (around 150) of items on eBay - checked back after posting and the TF-RTA went up $2 to $23 from my $21 - but the have ALL authentic and high end tanks/mods etc - not crazy low on prices but better than what you see on other websites and their site is pretty nice and well done. I would say this though, 9 out of 10 times I buy hw it is on sale and I find them ALL the time by going to vape.deals - just type it in your browser just like that, no www. - no .com - best site for vape supplied of ALL kinds out there that I have found so far!!!! Updated daily, they get a ton of traffic and have a lot of ads on the sides of the page but those too are to decent vendors (Vapecraftinc = 120ml bottles of some damn good juice for $12.99!?!?) I also found mittenvapors.com through them, which (like MBV) is low end juice and hit or miss depending on the mix and how long you "steep" ( hate steeping, it's like ordering your favorite meal and then the restaurant makes you wait with it in front of you for 2 hours, then allows you to eat it - but they re-heat it and cook it JUST right cuz of course it has to get BETTER w time lol) - thanks again guys, I will be on here a lot and posting to various threads, been vaping for close to 4 years when it was ego pens and silica wick coils so I have seen my fair share of hw/ejuice and hopefully can be of help to some - lmk if I can possibly help out at all and have a good week ahead!!!
