Sooo..being new and all...trying to quit these Marlboro Lights of mine...I've been trying to figure out what the right mg/ml ejuice is right for me...16? 18? 11? 14?....I'm still waiting on my M403 kit to come in, and was trying to buy ejuice before it came, I already bought 18mg Wetyourstick tobacco flavored...Thanks in advance.

OH! I forgot one improtant detail...I smoke about 1 to 1 1/4 pack a day...

There's no real 'right' answer, Raven. My feeling it's a good idea to start lowish, and increase it if you need to, until you find the amount that works for you.

For me, there are times that I just need to do the routine I'm accustomed to, and low is good. But there are also times I kick it up for a nic fix.

Play with it as you're starting up, and you'll quickly see what works for you.

Sorry, Raven, but there's really no magic answer to this.....I've read about people who smoke 2-3 packs a day, using low strength liquid and that's fine with them. And I've read the opposite - half/pack day people on 36.

You're not going to know until you try it out. Get some different strengths - and listen to your body when you vape. It will tell you when you've had too much - headaches, nausea, etc.....just as the cravings will tell you when you don't have enough.

You can always cut your liquid if its too high, if its too low, try weaning your nic dependence with it once you've become comfortable vaping. If all else fails, you can trade or sell your unwanted liquids in the classifieds.

I smoked 2 packs a day of an ultra light analog before I started using the e-cig, and I chose the 11/12mg fluid. I did get a small amount of 18mg for those times when I needed a little extra nicotine, but now I'm fine with the 12mg level all the time.

I feel like a putz, after starting this thread, I noticed the sticky at the top...sorry guys/gals...

I did read that "listen to your body" a few times...I'm glad my kit comes with a few "demo" carts with it...I'll see how it goes, and I'll report my experience in this thread...now, if I could only get it to get here quicker....it's in customs according to USPS...

would have to guess 18mg is about right..........dependant on how many years you smoked but, like everyone says it could go up or down from there. Everyone is different
