Perhaps this isn't the answer you're looking for, but what about attempting to smoke relatively infrequently and relatively few number of draws per session and see if it curbs your nic cravings. If not, up your consumption slightly until you aren't constantly craving. Perhaps the amount of nicotine you need just to halt cravings is below your current cigarette nic intake, but you would never know if you just immediately went and tried to match your intake from cigarettes. If you're happy with a certain nic consumption using your nano and it's below what you would have consumed with marlboros, then great - more harm reduction. If not then you can work with higher wattage/more nic/more frequent vaping to halt urges.

R2sojr, 3mg of nic is pretty low. You will have to chain vape to get the nic equivalent to a PAD of Marlboro Lights, unless you are sub ohm'ing :). I might suggest getting a 30ml bottle of the same flavor of juice in 18mg and mixing the 3mg and 18mg. That will give you 10.5mg of nic -- much closer to the smokes.

It's really hard to say. Your body should tell you if you need more or less. For subohm, 3 to 6 mg is about where a pack a day smoker ought to be, I think.

Yeah I didn't notice you were using the low resistance nano coils and the specific wattage, my gut tells me you're in the neighborhood of nic delivery that'll satisfy you. Your nano's variable airflow can also impact your vaping experience, although you probably already know that.

TH isn't necessarily nicotine consumption, which is the concern brought up. And doubling the vapor in a draw from a device will double the amount of nicotine (assuming the nicotine is evenly mixed in the juice) pulled from the device during that draw. You can argue that not all of that nicotine is absorbed into the lungs, but it's in the vapor.

YMMV regarding TH, I know lots of folks do fine subohming 3mg.

Im not to worried about the throat hit. I like to lung hit..lol. i tried 12mg on an aspire starter kit and found I enjoy vaping but the nic was to much. Mind you im still smoking as I make the transition and weening myself down. I find myself in a vape shop about 4 times a week and dreading buying the sticks and it takes away from my juice purchases..lol

Ok so Im hving some trouble figuring this out. I smoked Marlboro light 72's. 1 pack a day. Right now I have 3mg ejuice at 30ml bottles. How can I figure out what my daily intake should be to match the stinkies. Thanks so much. Currently using a subtank nano at .5ohms with an istick at 15w.
if you smoked one pack a day 3mg in a subohm tank you would be killing 20-30ml of juice a day I would suggest going to at least a 6mg
