I have noticed in a lot of reviews of eliquid that people talk about different things that make the flavor of the liquid taste like the manufacturer planned (voltage, and cartomizer setup, it etc...)
It made me start thinking about what setup do the vendors use to test their liquids? No reviewer can honestly say they know that something makes it taste like the vendor intended unless you know what the vendor tested the liquids on.
So for the gourmet and more complex liquids, has anyone seen discussions on what setups the vendors use to approve their liquids?
