I have noticed more and more vendors like nicoticket, guilty pleasure organically, etc are recommending the best setup in terms of carto, clearo, vaping voltage / wattage, etc for the e liquids. I find this information tremendously helpful so that we the consumers can experience the liquid the way they were meant to be by the vendors.

For example, nicoticket advises their customers to use cartos for their custards last stand for optimal flavor, and GOP recommends 2.5 v vaping for the best flavor. I feel this would help us cut out some experimentation time and save us e liquid, time and ultimately some headaches! Even information on recommended steep times by vendors are always helpful.

What do you all think? If you agree, ask your vendors to post this type of information on their website. Maybe we can see this become the standard for all eliquid vendors in the future? Thanks!

IMO the recommended setups that vendors provide are just what they, as vapers, like the most. They are opinions, just like everyone else's. I don't think that by using a setup exactly how they do is some key to get the best possible flavor from a particular juice, but I guess it let's you try to experience the juice the same way they do, but it doesn't necessarily mean this will be the best for you.

For instance... 2.5 Volts? That would be weak as heck unless running low sub-ohm. Too bad it isn't safe to run a battery that low on a mech. Are they running some APV that let's them go that low? What is the resistance? Wick material? Wire gauge? Are they even rebuilding?

I've seen vendors say that clearos mute their juices flavors, but my clearos are rebuilt and I feel they mute less than carto tanks.

So, what I think is that these recommendations are not an easy button, but they may entice you to spend more money trying new equipment. I say try the juice in the setups you already have, and tweak based on the vendors suggestions if you feel their juice is not living up to its billing.

OP, you read incorrectly. On guilty pleasure organically's front page:

NOTE: Many of the higher volt e-cigs burn the herbs or cancel out the flavorings. The e-cig that works the best with our product is a simple eGo 650 or 1000 mAh battery, and a clearomizer that is 2.5 ohm. I highly recommend the EVOD 2.5 clearomizer.

But I feel they are a bit misguided as well.. so, to each their own :)

Hi Mia,

Yes you are correct. My fault and thanks for pointing this out!
