Eliquids-confused..

Hi all..I have recently tried eliquids from myfreedomsmokes and highbrow vapor..Both are good in their own rights,but am a bit confused with the viscosity aspect of them!MFS liquids I have ordered are at 60/40 PG/VG and the HBV liquids are a mixed bag of 40/60 to 100%VG,but HBV liquids seems to be thinner than the MFS liquids!Do they(HBV) thin their liquids with water or something?their flavors are awesome though..MFS liquid has a higher throat hit while HBV liquid gives out better flavor,though I feel MFS liquids as more satisfying at the same nic strengths!do I make any sense here,folks?

some firms use distilled water or vodka to thin doen their VG only juices so maybe this is what has happened here..
