I'm having a problem with my Elite CE3 cartomizers wicking. I'm trying to get them to wick up with Halo juice and I am getting nothing but nasty dry hits. This is happening on 3 different carto's with different juices. This is the model I'm using (AltSmoke.com | Personal Vaporizers | Electronic Cigarette | Ecigs | CE3 Cartomizer - Elite Bottom Coil CE3 Cartomizer). 1 out of 4 total are working perfectly, the rest is a back and forth battle with dry hits.

The odd issue I'm having is the one that is working fine works great on any of my ego twist batteries, but will not fire at all on my Silver Bullet.

For voltage I'm using no more than 3.6v since that will not even fire. Any help with these carto's would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have CE3 bottom coil clearomizers from Discount Vapers and they work great, they're the only thing I use any more. One thing to remember is to leave some air in the tank or they don't wick well. You can also pull up on the post a little by rocking it back and forth to get more air flow. Of course, you might just have a bad batch.
