I bought a elumacig and 2 days later the atomizer went on it. No big deal call the company and get it fixed or replaced, you would think. I have never experienced worse customer service than from this company. they pretty much told me there atomizers don't break and are never defective. I think they must hire their customer service reps from collection agencies. because they act like all the customers are either stupid or trying to scam them. needles to say I threw out my defective eluma cig and ordered a joye 510 kit. I just wanted to let ppl know think twice before ordering a elumacig.

I now have a joye 510 and I could not be happier. The 510 is 100X better and it lasts more than 2 days...lol
The Joye 510 kit is what I started with. It is an excellent piece of hardware. Just make sure you have extra attys and batteries. I would also recommend a spare battery charger. Thanks for the post & welcome to ECF.
I have one extra bat and atty. I plan on getting the pass threw and pcc for my 510 too. But wow what a great ecig. Also how long do the attys last on the 510's. I am a heavy smoker.
There are many re-named low performance ecigs out there

I got a genuine joye 510 and I love it. I have been getting my liquid from viking vaper and I have already found my favorite. Caramel macchiato pg/vg 50/50 36mg nicotine. 2 weeks analog free
