I bought a elumacig and 2 days later the atomizer went on it. No big deal call the company and get it fixed or replaced, you would think. I have never experienced worse customer service than from this company. they pretty much told me there atomizers don't break and are never defective. I think they must hire their customer service reps from collection agencies. because they act like all the customers are either stupid or trying to scam them. needles to say I threw out my defective eluma cig and ordered a joye 510 kit. I just wanted to let ppl know think twice before ordering a elumacig.
