I know nothing about this e-cig, but I personally don't like when companies make claims such as "One pack of cartridges is equal to a carton of cigarettes!" and then the fine print adds "*Cartridges sold in increments of 25. $5 for 5 based on the purchase of 25 cartridges.*"

Also, regarding returns they state - "30 day refund policy applicable to initial purchases only, subsequent purchases are provided warranty support where applicable. Items excluded from your return such as used cartridges or any other items not returned that were part of your original order as well as damaged goods will be deducted from the refund total. We reserve the right to deduct a 10% restocking fee from any refund issued."

JMO - but there are much better deals out there for really good models ($35.00 price range starter kits that come with more than eluma's starter) - with none of the strings attached.

But - if it introduces you to vaping, and gets you to start researching options - It's a lot less money lost than some of the "monthly money-sucking" deals. :)

I took all of my ecigs back out of my drawer. I have the Envy, Eluma, TW Super cig (if anyone knows the model number please pm me), DSE901, and Laser mod901. Charged em all up and vaped away. My goal was to see which was the best. To my surprise the Eluma blew the rest away. It has a very smooth vape, quiet also. I think everyone should try one. I am not affiliated with any of these companies.

My order came and I was short one of my Eluma cigs. So when I emailed em they called me within 10 minutes and sent the rest of my order that day. They threw in a PCC which was very nice of em. Their shipping is a little slower than most.

I have recently ordered my first e cig,I got the simple starter pack from elumacigs. I have been searching all over the internet to find out anything I can. I am wondering about the quality and life of "elumacigs" and cannot seem to find anything about them. the main reason I chose this manufacturer was due to price. $29.99 for 1 battery, 1 atomizer, 10 carts, and a usb charger. Any way, I digress. I would appreciate some feed back.
Thank you!
:thumb: I'm sorry it took so long for me to find this thread, but I want you to know that I bought the eluma and I am very happy with it. As a matter of fact, I like it much more than my 510. It gives me great TH (unlike the 510) and good vapor. The 510 has more vapor but no TH. So far I have not had any problems. I've had mine for about 3 weeks. Atty's still working great. The ecig is a 902 btw. And the carts are refillable. Don't have to get stuck buying their pre-filled carts. I refill mine. Hope this helps. Happy Vaping!!:D

I must be a minority but I really prefer my Eluma to anything else I've tried. Better vapor and better flavor IMO.
I have the eluma and love it. (more than the 510:oops:). Great TH and good flavor. AND the carts are refillable. BTW, eluma does not have that automatic shipping of carts garbage. AND THE CARTS ARE REFILLABLE!:thumb:

I love my eluma (902) and their customer service is great. I found that their shipping is excellent. Got both my orders in two days, but I did pay for fast shipping.

I recently ordered the "simple" starter kit from Eluma for 29.99. From the very moment I received my order in the mail I had nothing but problems with these people. It started with the atomizer not being in the kit. At all. I sent them an email (since apparently they had no real customer service number on their website) telling them my problem. They reply with a picture of my order with the supposed atomizer in the package. That may or may not be so, maybe an employee packing it dropped it, etc. Things happen. All I know is that I did not have it and they were insisting that I did. A very rude customer service rep proceeded to call me and try to upsell me an atomizer for $14.95 (with a $10.00 "coupon" he offered to apply to that total). I told him I would not pay for an item that was obviously not even sent to me and hung up. He tried to call me back no less than 5 times within a 3 minute period. I then sent them another email to just let me return the kit. They refused and said they would send me an atomizer free of charge. Okay fine. I go to sign in to my account on their site to check the progress of this package and my account seemed to have been deleted. I emailed asking where my account went and they basically told me they sent me the item and that "concluded their business with me and deleted my account to stop any further communication and orders" from me. That's fine. By the way, the atomizer they sent does not even work.

I used Eluma Cigs for a short while. Don't recommend them. Atomizers die really really fast - and I am a 2 year vaper so know the do's and don'ts. IF you have to return anything they give you a credit for a future order - even if the item was defective. A friend of mine did not like them after trying them for about a week and called to return them. They gave him a hard time about returning them and finally sent him a return ok and he paid for the shipping back and never got his refund. check other sites too - there is stuff out there about them and most of it not that great (except of course the sites they pay to advertise on - those give awesome reports). take it from this old guy...research whatever you choose

I am also new to vaping. I just ordered the Eluma and the day after ordering I found the Volcano ecig site. I tried to cancel my order through Eluma customer service but wasn't able to, apparently it is on the way. Does anyone have any info about the Eluma? I will say that when I called Volcano they returned my call and I have not ordered anything from them yet. I hope that I didn't just waste 70 bucks.

Welcome to the forum 5th Beatle. The eluma cig is a 902 like ModernVapor. I have it and for the most part really like it. However, I would recommend that you buy some ejuice and refill those carts yourself. Compared to the 510, which I also have, the 902 gives me a stronger TH and plenty of vapor. Not too crazy about the battery life. I have had mine for a month, and one of the bats is dead (won't recharge). The bats are easy to replace though. Hope this helps!;)

I tell everyone wanting to get started....those starter kits are great no matter who you get them from because it will introduce you to vaping... IF you order a kit that comes with 2 batteries and only 1 atomizer do yourself a favor and order extra atomizers because will they will fail and nothing is worse than a good battery and no back up atomizer. Plan on buying juice and refilling your cartidges - you will be amazed how much $$ you save just doing that. Most of all research some of the forums on the net for vaping....you really get a feel for products and how good any particular companies customer service is that way. If you see a bunch of complaints all of a sudden for a company STAY away from them....in my experience they usually suddenly disappear.

OK! I got my Eluma's on Saturday which was 5 days after ordering, not to bad on shipping. So far I'm pretty impressed on the product. Had my last analog on Sunday morning, I got home late Saturday and had to let the batteries charge. 1 battery is operating differently than the other and I contacted Eluma and they are sending me a postage paid envelope with my recent order to return the bad battery.

I gave up on Eluma, I'm sorry to say, only because it's like dumping my first boyfriend - a little bittersweet. My new boo are cartomizers - I tryed a KR-808, a E9 and now I'm on to nhale's big kr-808 bats with greencig cartos.

The eluma battery ate it with no warning, and in the process somehow the atomizer stopped functioning as well, as it wouldn't function when attached to the second battery. I was super aggravated by this because I had just purchased another set of eluma carts so that I could save them and refill them. I ended up 'milking' (for lack of a better word) the carts into a dripping bottle to use latter because their chocolate flavor is rather good regardless of if the parts I got were crap.

From reading this thread, it certainly seems you can get much better customer service if you call rather than email, but being stupid and not very good on the phone I always emailed which ended in me being frustrated. *shrug* Their loss.

hi mostly.. i received my starter kit from eluma last wednesday and was wondering about the 'juice' ... i was wondering where you buy yours from and the cost and how difficult it is to refil the eluma.. one thing i am finding is that i did use to only smoke 5-10 cigs per day but since using the eluma i am using almost one cartridge per day.. have gone through the checklist on their website and have cleaned the battery connections and atom.. i'm not drawing too hard either.. so that is a mystery.. thought their cost was great although they dont post to australia so i had to go through another company that repackages and forwards parcels and that cost me an extra A$75 so into it was well over A$140.. at this rate of cartridges its going to be much more expensive the smoking normal smokes.. healthier though.. thanks for your help... surfergirl :vapor:

I'm a vaping newbie, and ordered an eluma starter pack and their light cartridges. I've seen mixed reviews about this e-cig (a 902 btw) on here, but I love this thing! As a smoker of 25+ analogs a day for 10 years and someone who couldnt last 48hrs without smokes before finally giving in, I've been 4 days on this thing and absolutely loving it!
