thankyou, but was just wondering can I refill cartomizers?

Yes you can. On some, you can pry out the mouth piece and fill it or use the condom method. There are videos of that on youtube. You can always drip through the hole on the battery side. I had some that you could only refill that way. That said, they still don't last forever. Eventually the atomizer inside goes.

If you see stuffing you can add eliquid in there (or there may be a donut shaped silicone seal - see the below video about that). However, you probably have automatic batteries (no button) and those are totally dependent on a drag sensor in n open hole on the end of the threaded end. You need to make extra sure your refilled cartos will not drip onto the end of the battery or you could kill your battery.

Video (looks like the carto has the inner donut seal)

Hi, I also have Elusion 1123. Definitely NOT KR808, much shorter & slimmer. Also NOT E8, which I have tried, they are NOT compatible, not the same at all and I threw my E8 out within 3 hours of receiving it.
It is illegal to sell nicotine products in Australia, but pretty sure you can important up to 3 months supply for personal use - check on the Australia forum.
I am not aware of any cartridges or cartomizers that do fit Elusion, other than those they sell. 510s look like they might though, so worth a try.

Hi all, my friend brought his Elusion 1123 kit over tonight and I can confirm that the 1123 carto's do fit the 510 batteries, however the carto does not screw in far enough to make electrical contact with the centre terminal on the battery (it physically falls short by a few millimetres). With a small mod to either the batt or the carto, one could extend the contacts to manually join them with a conductor - my friend and I thought that soldering a tiny spring on the centre terminal of the battery (tricky) would be a possible solution, or perhaps even using a tiny scrunched up ball of aluminium foil to extend the connection (this would probably only work with a manual 510 battery or USB PT as it would likely block the air hole in the middle of the centre terminal thus preventing an auto batt from working). We intend to experiment more, and I will report results.

I would try using a dab of solder to make that connection.
