A post said that EM (usually used as a sweetner or softening agent) can also taste harsh to some people, and that is me. Had RY4 mix that was harsh (very dry) so I kept adding EM to it and it tasted the same, so On advice from another poster I added lime juice to the mix and it smoothed it out and was very enjoyable. It was hard for me to believe that lime and or lemon juice could smooth out a juice BUT for my taste buds it did.

You need to read the "vinegar thread that is posted here in the DIY forum. You should be adding 2 drops per 5ml of some sort of acid to each of your mixes. You could use Lemon Juice, Lime Juice, Malic Acid or Vinegar. It will improve the flavor of the juice and also make your juice hold its flavor for a much longer time.

Good luck!
