EM is really not a sweetener it will add wettness, body and texture to a mix and it has the added side benefit of enhancing already sweet flavors. Use it at no more then .5%.
To add sweetness use sacralus (sweetener) but again use it very lightly at .5 - 1%. But I would mix, taste, steep then taste again before adding any additive or enhancer.
To make a concentrate out of the crystals use 1ml crystals to 9ml pg or 50/50 pg/pga. A good trick to measure is to pull the plunger out of a 10ml syringe fill it to the 1ml mark with crystal then dump it into 9mls of pg/pga.

Empty syringe, that's a really good idea, thanks! Have u known anybody to use EM & sacralus? Sweetener + body or no? I'm just starting & I like alot of fruit based mixes, you thing I should switch to sacralus? So EM may be better for a buttery or creamy mix
