Hello everyone! I'm new to the forum, and still fairly new to PVs (or E-NIs :p) and the world of electronic cigarettes. "vaping" is one of the most rapidly growing and exciting counter-cultures in the world. I found it very intimidating at first because of all of the different suppliers, devices, juices, atties, carts, etc. But, it's really easy to get a grasp if you do a little thorough research.
I started with the........ uhhh........ blu cigs . But I was smart enough not to expect much. I seen a friend of mine using them to compliment thier analogs while they were indoors. I thought it was nifty. Then I visited the website, and it hooked me. To be short, the blu carts, batteries, and the atomizers suck. The eliquid is good, and can be extracted from blu's POS carts. And this is only because Johnson Creek makes the juice, and they are excellent. I returned it for my money- WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE! I'll update you all on how long it takes to recieve my money, and if they try to jip me.
I researched heavily after that, and decided on the tornado. I decided it was perfect for me considering design, size, price, life, quality, and effectiveness. The I researched a bit more on the tornado and the EGO on a "button sticking" problem that is very common. That's when I came across the RIVA when Altsmoke starting selling them (I was checking out the new OMEGA!- and it's quite a masterpiece).
I searched for who was selling the RIVA, and had the best price, shipping, extras, and customer service at the time. (EXTRAS are a really good incentive!, Especially accompanied by a coupon code!) I decided on NHALER.COM after reading many postive reviews, and some posts by the owner himself. He was (and still is) offering a free Low Resitstance Atty and a Drip Tip, and I had a coupon code that took off 10% for members of this forum. I always order a few flavors of juice at the highest nic level to test out. I ordered two small bottles of Root Beer Float and RY4. I have'nt tried them yet, and REALLY wanted to wait for an initial review. But the world NEEDS to know NOW! This is it! This is the absolutely most perfect Personal Vaper for out and about, daily use providing today's e cigarette technology.
I vaped it out of the box because I couldn't resist. I'm charging the batteries up right now. I still haven't even burned the primer off of the atties and I'm BLOWN AWAY!
DON'T WAST TIME WITH THE STUPID, AUTOMATIC, CIGARETTE LOOKING TYPES! THEY WILL DRIVE YOU AWAY FROM E CIGS ALTOGETHER! If you have already ordered, get a refund and order a EM Riva. I got my order in two days from Nhaler. I ordered at around 11pm EST, and it was shipped the very next day.

I will post again when I have had time to use it for a few days. I just needed to get the word out for those of you who are undecided, or new to vaping. YOU WILL NOT REGRET YOUR PURCHASE!

Blu Cigs= $60
EM RIVA= $60-$70
Tornado/EGO= $70-$90

The Riva is a highly-improved version of the Tornado and EGO. It has a safer and longer lasting battery, and better button. There are no button sticking issues with the Riva. The button is smaller, and rubber, with a very nice and easy click. It has a gold finish band instead of chrome. It also comes with a USB charger, that costs extra with the Tornado.

It's just about a Centimeter loger than a Marlboro 100. With the tip the same width, and the body tapered to twice the width of that. It features the same type of optional cone as the tornado and ego.

Actually you can get an eGo for $49.99. The RIVA may have a better button and such, but recommending it based on Totally Wicked's prices for the Tornado is an unfair assessment.

PureSmoker.com - USA Electronic Cigarettes & USA Made eLiquid!!!
My goodness! That is a great price. I had no idea.

Until a few days ago, I would have still recommended the Riva ($50 from Vapor Junction), but they were required by the manufacturer to raise their price to $60. Now it's a coin toss: $10 more for an extra 100 mAh and better button? I'm not sure what I would decide.

Of course, if you like challenges, you can also consider the H16 from DigitalCiggz: $35 for 1300 mAh (only one battery and atty). Oh, decisions, decisions!

So True. That's my fault. I should have listed seperate ranges for the tornado and eGo kits. Thanks for pointing it out!

BUT if we want to be nitpicky, the MEGA tornado from Totally Wicked is 1000mah, not 900, and ONLY costs $24.99.

ONLY 5 bux a piece more than regular eGo batteries. SO, if you already have a 510, 2 batteries, 2 cones, and a charger adapter will hook you up for under $70.00

I've been vaping strong all day, and the battery is still going. It's every bit as intense as everyone sais it is! This is the absolute must have for any vapers collection!. I did find that my LR and one of my 510 atties tasted kind of "chemicalish", and it burns my throat. I was using the 510 any ways for a while because I thought it was the primer that would burn off. But it still tastes nasty, maybe just alittle better. (And maybe I'm just growing accustomed to it, lol)
I washed them in SoCo and coke, then SoCo, then Coke, before rinsing them out really good. I'm going to let them dry overnight before testing them out again. I hope it works. I know that this is a common problem, and I've researched- but it seems like nobody is absolutely certain what could be going on. Other than an inferior material swapped in, or lack of quality control.
