EM is one of the many suppliers I purchase from. I have ordered from them a few times with no issues in receiving my package and no problems with my order.......until my most recent order...
I really don't go into detail with my orders out in the public forum, but I felt to at least share a small bit about my order discrepancy and the reason why....
I received my order in a timely fashion, but like I said there was a discrepancy... but it's not the discrepancy that is the point of interest in my thread... it's the communication with EM staff with the attempts to resolve this..
Emails were sent back and forth... and long story short....
Excellent customer service... discrepancy resolved..... happy customer..
