One order once got kinda lost. David replaced the entire thing at n/c. Then it shows up 2 months later and it looked like it had been through WWIII. Soggy wet mess, even inside. Heaven knows what happened to that poor package. So, thanks to David, who is awesome, I ended up with a duplicate order and only charged for one. Customer Service is the best, bar none! Good luck to you. Hope you get it fast, fast, fast!
Customs has never not let any EM package through. They are gift pens doncha know.

I'll tell ya... I just love those 510 cartos! Like BK once said, an independent weather system inside the house with all the "clouds". It vapes like there's no tomorrow. I haven't try to pry off the caps yet since everyone says they're glued on. I just top off through the battery end or use plunger method. Di, I haven't used an 801 since I got these. Oooh, fickle fickle!

use the plunger method to refill -- yes - I love this method it is soooooooooooooooooooooooo excellent.
