Originally ordered my 510 manual on 7/13, received on 7/18. Excellent turnaround time, and as a first-time vaper I really enjoyed the product. I ordered it with a PCC, which seems to be holding up very well (except a redundant screw that fell out..) and actually fulfills the promise of six battery charges from a single PCC charge. I'm extremely impressed.

Of course, the true measure of a company is how they treat you when things go wrong.

On 7/29 one of my batteries failed... the blue LED just stayed faintly on and it would not charge nor produce vapor. I wrote EM and Ed immediately emailed back, saying he would credit my account or ship one out immediately if it was an urgent situation. EM seems totally (and almost bizarrely) dedicated to customer service, and in an emerging industry that gives you some peace of mind.

I told him I didn't want him to pay international shipping for just a battery, and instead to credit my account so I can buy some juice with it. 140ml of 18mg for only $50!

I've already referred a friend to Eastmall (he loves his 510 just as much as I do) and plan to refer more. The website is very decent, the service is great and Ed only sells products that he himself likes.

10/10, highly recommended.

Great post Anchova.....I never really thought of the customer service at eastmall as "bizzare"...But they are strangely attached to giving great customer service!! I blame Ed for that personally!!LOL:)The Wiz!

Yea he better watch his back or he might get "jumped" by one of the other suppliers :p
