EM901 and DSE901 parts are not interchangeable. You can not put an EM901 atomizer on the DSE 901 battery. The DSE901 battery has a male connection end, which show the threads. On the EM901 battery is the female end, which does not show the threads. Hope that help.

Balldope, why don't you stick with the DSE901, it has proven with many users here on this board. You can't go wrong with the DSE901.

i think you might be talking about comparing the rn4075 and the dse 901,as those are very similar. i'm not aware of any issues with the em-901's. the batteries are a little more finicky than an m401, but once you break it in, and get used to it, its fine. only thing i dont like about it is that the carts leak, but so does my 901(4075 version).

Vapor4Life also sells the EM901 and I think people are really liking them... I trust Smilin's opinion, so if he is carrying them I would think they are good as everything else I have tried of his has been awesome.

I wonder if EM stands for East Mall as he and Smilin are the only ones I know of selling it and I think most of Smilin's stuff come from East Mall.

The atomizer definitely gets hotter.....I've caught it making real smoke even! Have to keep it very wet. I have 2 atomizers and 3 batteries, and they don't all work with each other for some reason. Thought I burned up the ats a couple times, but they revived after cleaning. Other than those issues, the em901 would be my favorite. (batteries seem to last longer too). The 4 hole vape is different, but just as satisfying with less suction I think.

ok, i think i saw what you are talking about. i saw a post from a vendor(i will not say who) , that as far as i know, NEVER carried em-901's , but said they are discontinued due to issues, which I or anyone else as far as i know, has seen anything about these issues including the mfr. which apparently did NOT discontinue them, since he is currently selling them on his site eastmall. please find me one post of a CUSTOMER that said their em-901 overheated. this seems to me like plain and simple dirty competitor bashing...unfortuantely seems to be working. of course there could be something i missed or do not know , which is why i use words like seems and apparently, and am not naming the vendor..... but as of right now, they are for sale on eastmall.com, and david yang(the mfr) has stated on the forums recently that he is in the process of getting more stock and accesories for it. BTW, i beleive in that same post, that vendor claimed he had a "newer, better" 901 for you....

I am a customer not a vendor and just told you mine has overheated to the point of making real smoke...I didn't complain about it, because if you're careful and keep it juiced and unscrew it before it starts burning your hand, it's not a big deal (and vapes really well)..

If you are having issues with an overheating atomizer, make sure you are only smoking PG and NO VG as VG can become toxic if too hot. I do not know a lot about this, but have read other posts regarding this issue in the health section of this forum..

Yeah, I actually think that's the reason I got so sick this week (see http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...king/10209-sick-long-term-vaper-question.html )...or else the juice was bad. I'm feeling better now that I'm not letting it get remotely dry and not using that juice at all.

the units that are considered the best vaporizers on the market like the 510 and the 401 have all been known to burn people. this means you are smoking it too much, not that there is something wrong with it. the hottest units provide the most vapor. unless it overheated while you werent using it, i wouldnt blame the unit.unless you can clarify this, it just dosnt make any sense to me. would be like saying a frying pan is defective because you touched it when it was hot, and it burned you. if you vape any unit too much too fast, it will overheat, and burn itself out.
