can't log in to v4life site

I was wondering why I cannot log in to the site-tried several times. i placed a small order sunday-i never received a confirmation email, but have received other v4life emails.

ok, maybe its my browser because i was able to access my account thru another family members computer log on, why i don't know...
shows my order and a tracking number-but no info for the tracking yet. i couldn't remember if v4life sends a confirmation email, cause its been a while since i have placed an order-

Sorry for all the trouble you've been having! We do send confirmation emails so check your spam folder just to be sure.

We've made some updates to our site recently so you may need to clear your browsing history. Go into your browser's settings section and clear your cache and your cookies. Try reloading the page after this. This should bring up our site for ya . If this doesn't work, please email me at brandon@vapor4life.com and I'll help you get this sorted out.

yeah i didnt see it in the spam folder-i had checked that out before-got a lot of other ads but no confirmation email.

Your browser is trying to use plug in data that is no longer there or has been updated. All you need to do, is empty your cache, delete the browser history, and cookies for the past week. Didn't see this before I created a thread. It gets to the place order button then asks for an e-mail address I already typed in (several times). Since it wouldn't allow me to log in I got that far using the register button. After I registered however, all my information was on the right. I just couldn't use it. Retyped in everything anyway. Then it kept asking for e-mail. Not sure if the order was placed or not
