Usually Vicki responds in minutes and they have a reputation for stellar service. Have you checked your "Junk Mail" filter/folder for the reply?
I want to say I call myself checking spam every time before I delete it. I might have missed it.
Apparently I missed it. I sent another email before I left for work and had a reply by the time I got here (20 minutes!). Wow!
