emailed CS-no reply?

Hello,

I emailed V4L customer service a few times but no answer. This is my second order and the second time things haven't turned out right. 2 packs of cartos are missing from my order (premium watermelon and coffee) :(
and one pack is for a friend as well.

Would someone please get back to me, I would really appreciate it. It's order 38225.

Dee ~ a PM is a private message. Kind of like email sent through the ECF forums. If you look at the top right of this page, you'll see your user id and just below it, the words "Private Messages." If you click on the Private Messages link, it will take you to your Private Message area, where you can send and receive private messages from other folks here.

Hi GEM,

When did you email? I handle all of the CS emails and there's nothing over an hour old in the inbox. Do you have the correct address? For some reason, the system isn't showing any messages associated with your account. Shoot me a pm or email me at valerie@vapor4life.com or customer_service@vapor4life.com and I'll make sure things get taken care of.
