I wanted to thank the person who answered my email about a box of cartos that didn't seem to fit. I viewed the video that they sent and tried it but could not get it to work..I have peripheral neuropathy in both hands and for the life of me just could seem to get it to work. I worked on those threads like crazy. I sent a reply back to CS and let them know I couldnt get it to work and thought mabey the cartos were defective. After that my neighbor came over (great big beefy guy) and he got them on no problem! Now they all go on and off perfectly. I just wanted to appologize to the V4L CSR who did their best to help me. I feel bad for wasting your time as I did customer service and quality control for UPS for years before retiring. You were very helpful and patient. You were willing to make it right no matter. Thank you. If I was there I'd bake you some cookies. I love you guys and girls!

You're welcome, I am very happy that it all worked out for you. This same thing happened to me and I must say I was not pleased at the time. After looking forward to some new flavors I was totally excited, which quickly turned to anger when the Cartos didn't work. I did a quick search on the ECF and found the solution....this place is great.

The video says to use a little steel wool, but that did not work for me. 400 grit sandpaper does a great job and fixes the problem in seconds.
