This is good to see. The link is on ecf too.Search "FDA seeks opinion".
Qick and easy. Two starred entries required. Organization name, "vaper" and choose last entry for the second starred item "private consumer or something like that. Then say your thing in a positive way under comments and submit. No names addresses required.
