I just got mine in the mail today and put it through a few tests. Keeping in mind that I've been vaping legit Kayfuns for the past 8 months almost exclusively. I orderd a pack of 1.5ohm dual coil heads, the ones that come with the slots instead of the 4 pin holes and I must say the tank is impressive! It's handling 15watts from my Kick2 equipped Nemesis without a single issue. Chain vaped about 15 drags without a single dry or burnt hit with vapor production on par with the Kayfun with the air flow control wide open. The flavor is fantastic imho, a little less in your face than the Kayfun but it's all there.

Now the Evod VV 1600mah battery that it comes with I was particularly interested in testing it, specifically to determine the amp limit on it to see how much power it could actually push. Using a Tank O' Meter I could verify that it does regulate perfectly as expected throughout the voltage range. Now, with a 1.5ohm load it won't push anything above 4volts to the coil no mater how high you set the dial. So from 4v to 4.8v there is no difference. That yields 10watts and sets the amp limit at 2.6amps witch is on par with other VV style Ego batteries out there, not sure how high the Vission Spinner 2's amp limit is but thats what this battery's limit is. I was maybe expecting a 3.2amp limit witch would've have put it at 15watts at the full 4.8volts but alas, it doesn't have THAT kind of kick. It's still a fantastic vape at 10 watts though. I just finished recharging it and filled the tank up to the top to see how long it lasts at 4volts on these coils. Still have the 1.8ohm coils in the packet that came with it, haven't tested them out yet but I'm expecting the voltage to be able to rise to 4.6v before the amp limit is reached and judging from my calculations that would yield a slightly warmer vape at 12watts so just know that the included heads won't be able to be pushed at anything above 4.6v with the included battery.

It's time to upgrade. I was talking to the owner of my local vape shop about this today and ended up buying one.

If you are using the old EVOD batteries and tanks (or the VV version) this will be a pretty big upgrade. It uses a different head (dual coil), which is so much better than the old heads, and they last so much longer. These new heads are also more consistent and "smooth", so you don't have dry hits like the old heads. The airflow control is perhaps the best I've seen so far; it's not too tight and not too loose. The airflow control itself is a reason to upgrade.

However the drip tip is similar to the Kayfun, so it is narrower than the old EVOD tanks. This is the only negative thing with these style of tanks IMO. I like a loose airy draw and like how the old plastic tanks fill your mouth with vaper; this is because of the wide drip tip. With the EMOWs the vape doesn't fill your mouth as much but the vaper is hotter. You could switch out the drip tip though.

Despite all my toys, I think this will become my "go to" portable vape gear. Well worth the upgrade.

It sure looks good. Just ordered the 1300 (non-mega) for my latest convert to vaping. Gotta keep vape-evangelizing. I couldn't find the mega in colors & she wanted blue. I bought it here:

https://www.misthub.com/product/kanger-emow-starter-kit/

$44.99 before the code ECF15 discount of 15% with an extra MOW tank it came to $55.23 free shipping (orders over $40.) seemed like a good deal, I've seen the set for $54 w/o the extra tank.

It's slick looking & will be quite easy to explain to a new vaper. Also comes with 5 dual coils, which is nice. It's good to start people out with quality gear & some vape shops around here turn people away from quitting since they want $70 for a spinner & couple CE4s.

Received the EMOW kit today. My friend, the new quitter & new vaper, will love it. Kanger definitely took its lead from Apple on the packaging, Really slick in a white box with a pic of the unit. Inside, very neatly packed are the charger, 5 extra coils and a nice instruction manual, although it recommends taking the drip tip off and sitting the tank flat on the table to fill. Never seen that before.

Vapes very well, plenty of vapor. The tank is glass w/SS, so it is a little top-heavy. Feels good in the hand. Can't speak to the battery life, but the flavor is on par with my aerotank mega, better than the mini protank 3, probably d/t the airflow control.

Overall, a very nice kit to start someone off. Gotta say, I'm impressed. So, so much better than a spinner/evod. And for $42.99 minus the standing ECF15 discount, a much better deal than to be found in any local B & M.
