Just another update regarding the heads.
Since the 15th October she's used 6 [5 worked and 1 was faulty], sticking the 7th in now. 4-5 days per head, not great but not as bad as the nautilus BDC heads, lol.

The heads are very easy to re-build I do them vertically and the vape is amazing. I now have 5 EMOW MEGA tanks, all running my own build vertical coils wicked with japanese cotton.

If I am not changing flavour in any one tank I get about 4 weeks out of 1 coil and cotton wick and I am quite a heavy vapour. As I have 5 I keep to the same juice for 4 of the tanks and one I use to test new flavours. All my juice is 50/50.

I have no complaints about the MOW either - good with the Spinner ll, iPow2, MVP2, and iStick.

I get anything from 6 - 21 days depending on what I'm using in each one. I just had 16 days from Chefs Vapour Custard Doughnut one (Doughnut King) ...not bad for a custard cake one!

As for the Nautilus BVC ...I've had one going since Oct 15th with the CV Posset ..no signs of it being tired yet.
A chocolate one does need changing around every 7 days though.

Thing I'm finding with the BVC's is that you can't let them dry out. For example chsnging flavours I always change heads so the old one gets stored. But when I change back to a previous flavour using the old head it doesn't taste great.
Can't say I've tried it - I'll need to remember that!

I soaked 10 of the V2 coils in vodka just as you did ..left them 24 hours, rinsed them and soaked them in clean warm water overnight. Dried the excess moisture off and let them dry on tissue set on a shelf near a radiator. Will try one soon to see if it worked! :)

I am confused about the disdain? for the Aspire coils. I got a Nautilus a couple of months ago and the BDC's lasted about as long as I would have expected before the flavor started to change for the worse (7 days or so). The BVC hype is not the vertical coil as much as the change away from Silica wicks. They went back to the old carto style filler material and the flavor is awesome compared to ANY manufacturer out there. I can vape 17 watts all day long and chain vape and NEVER get a burnt taste for the first week, CHAIN VAPE i said!! 30 year smoker and ecstatic that I made the switch : ) I think the vertical coil is necessary for the roll of wick versus the strand of wick. I do all 3 Clearo, RTA and RDA and the step back to the old has opened the door to the new and then BOOM, the Atlantis was found ; ) It just keeps getting better. I have had iClear 30, 30S, Kanger ProT 1, 2 Aero, Aspire BDC and a few cheap copies and Nothing has surpassed the Nautilus that I have come across and I mean nothing.
I accidentally vaped it at 22 watts and knew something was not right from thr intensity of the flavor blast but still no burn, in case you didn't know, I'm sold ; )
