Empty package

So depressed,

Ordered my 510 last Friday. My wife called me at work today to tell me that the package had arrived, open an empty. EMPTY!

Waiting for a reply from TW.

Have had that happen with overseas shippment but always with a note from customs. If this was local I would say you have a claim against the carrier. TW has always been spot on for me!

Spot on for my friends and family as well. I certainly hope TW doesn't send me to the carrier.

I spoke with TW today, the replacement is on it's way (in a box this time). I must say, the customer service is awesome.

The folks at TW have always been very helpfull and courteous,no matter how silly my questions were.I find it hard to believe any negative comments about patti and her crew.
I have placed many orders in the last month and a half.They have been prompt and have never failed to deliver.
Thank you to all the management and crew in both the US and UK.

dont be paranoid dude.. scare stories on forums are a pain.. being as i know what you are waiting for and i am seasonly sure we dont send out empty jiffy bags and no postal employee in the US is gonna nick the contents of a sign for package then deliver it empty i recon you can stop the worrying... he he

All is right with the world again, my replacements arrived today, ahead of schedule.

That sucks. I have 8 missing DVDs from Netflix the past two weeks. All I can say is that mailmen or women are not to be trusted. That is why I never send any birthday cards or anything else in the mail. They will always STEAL your s**t thinking it has cash in it.

Yea I started paying all my bills online after the mail service lost a few very important payments. My car payment was one of them. Darn glad they didn't repo my car because of it. The bank doesn't always believe you when you say the checks in the mail...lol...

Glad you got yours. Meanwhile, I am still waiting for my replacement -since August the 24th when they promised to send it right out!
