well I don't think you'd bust your face open. LOL But I also never said anything about making you attractive either, no shine needed for that. I just said it would dull the pain. You know, if you actually did bust your face open.

Actually, checking recoil tables... a 30-30 probably won't bruise me.

I dunno. It's an old lever-action rifle I inherited from my grandfather. It kicks way harder than the bullets would lead you to believe. Shocked the hell out of me the first time I fired it.
