Emptying a Cartomizer

I just bought some 510 cartomizers and I can't stand the flavor. How can I easily empty the liquid out of them? I've tried the reverse taryn spin and that only gets a little bit of the juice out. Is there any other way?

You could run some hot water through it...blow it out andlet it dry...then fill it up with you're ejuice
