EMS : Handed over to Customs ??

I order a few flavoring , ego t deluxe set (which contains e juice 20ml)
And cartos. Last time kena before, they tell me some bull.... say need import permit and need to send the juice for lab test and stuff.. What's your advice on this? Now also don't have anyone free to travel in malaysia on weekdays to collect.. Damn it.

So what should we do and is there any proper/legal procedure we can go through to get our shipment?

I doubt Malaysia has officially banned ecig but some dogs in custom/post office is trying to take advantage of this gray area.

Your orders required to thousands and thousands of ringgit tax only "the dog" will able to "help". coz it needs to cover the tax & "the dog", sir.

Few hundred ringgit tax or lower........just forget it.

If ordering from overseas, just keep the order relatively small. It might not be very cost effective, but the chances of a package being confiscated will be minimal.

Talk to overseas suppliers....many are very flexible and will gladly ship juice in unlabeled bottles while declaring the package as food flavourings (not really lying!).

10pc Dual Coil XL Cartomisers for 510(LR,1.5Ohm)
160ml worth of Various Flavorings (0 Nic)

So if they wanna tax is only the 2 x 10ml RY4 Juice right? Since the rest is flavoring and e cigarette and parts..

Where's your customs location? Singapore? KLIA? or .......?

In Malaysia, anything related to e-cigarette are taxable, not only liquids.

Do you happen to have any LR 1.8ohm 510-T atomizers I can buy off of you? I just need one to test out in my tank.

Vikings is right....depends on the size of the order (if it's big, it's more likely to be detained) and the location of the customs office. KLIA tends let you pay an import duty and close one eye. Other locations may send your liquids off for pharmaceutical testing before asking you for registration documentation on anything that's got nicotine in it.

hi jacktan12..no problem i sell U the one i be getting from heaven-gifts when i get my delivery(hopefully will rec by 11th July) ..ok..presently i used all the atomisers(3) i got..but only yesterday i cleaned 2 of my atomisers recommended using denture cleaner,which i did...and this morning i attached to my air pump(i keep tropical fishes) and blow dry for over an hour..they look like brand new and working well as i am now using it..will Pm U when it arrive..i sell U at cost price plus postage to U..ok..regards mafig ps if U want 1 of my used one ,let me know but i rather sell U a brand new 1

Yes, there is a huge difference when it comes to different resistance levels on an atomizer. I've managed to club with a friend and we are ordering from healthcabin. Thanks for your help.

Oh, btw, don't try LR 510-T atomizers on your 510 battery. It's going to kill your batteries pretty quickly, due to the low resistance being a bit of an overload on these batteries. Stick with your 2.3ohm ones for long battery lifespan.

Updates: My friend went down to larkin post office on my behalf, paid 40% Tax , which amounts to RM220.00 , my friend purposely ask for a receipt, guess what the guy said and did? "We don't issue receipts here", while stuffing the money in his pocket.

Worse is yet to come.. my friend brought it out for me to SG, dismantle everything and placed in a plastic bag, went through customs and got caught.. customs referred to HSA and he might be fined >.> only 2 bottles of 10ml RY4 contains nic though.. calling HSA on next tuesday to find out..

oh no ..seem to be very unlucky to be caught out..anyway by using e-cig its priceless..$$ spent on e-cig,yr health will improve..hope one day Singapore will allow e-cig to be sold and use..wishing U,happy vaping from now on..regards mafig ps there is a will,there is a way of getting it

must try..even got problem also know yr rights..i rather see malaysian smokers buying direct from China than from local vendor..matter of time be4 even pasar malam will sell if $$ can be made.. i saw "e-health" e-cig for sale,recently @ pasar malam $45 for 1 unit..$10 for 10 prefilled cartridges..i started on those i bought on lelong..hahaha..still have 2 boxes of unopen prefilled cartridges..any1 want?..complete waste of $$

In our experience, customs told us they held up e-cig supplies big or small (even 30ml liquid) everyday, it's just whether they choosen your parcel or not. Thus, they are highly aware & alerted, no joke.

Doesn't mean ordering small quantity will be 100% safe, but just a little better, it's a gambling of chances. Like I said earlier, we are rolling under a knife.

But how many parcels able to slip through safely everyday, no one knows. But there are, such as mafig's.

Not trying to promote myself and give you all a cold water....but that's the fact here. Resellers are facing it too no better than anyone. Because of this, no one knows what's the future of e-cig industry clearly, that's y throwing off their jobs and sell e-cig full-time is a huge risk.

I'm so admired that US vapers are able to gather and fight for the rights to vape. They have won many appeals, much much better than other countries.
