EMS & Registered Airmail Websites are currently down

Hi everyone,

After coming back from two days off for the holiday I received quite a few emails asking why they can't track their Airmail packages. The Airmail website is currently down, this is why China Post Tracking System for International Register Mail and EMS Parcel doesn't work. We have no control over this but are confident this should be fixed soon by Chinapost. We appreciate everyone's patience.

Just an update, http://intmail.183.com.cn/ is still down and so is http://www.ems.com.cn/qcgzOutQueryNewAction.do?reqCode=gotoSearchE

Thus China Post Tracking System for International Register Mail and EMS Parcel will not work either. We contacted China post and this is due to MUCH higher than expected holiday traffic.

Is ems website still down? Or are they experiencing some sort of holiday traffic? Btw, are they closed for the Chinese New Year holidays? I can't seem to track my shipment frm Greenhouse One via ems that you've shipped on e 16th.

I just looked at this order and it was cancelled and refunded a few days ago because one of the products ordered is no longer sold on our website. I think you may have cached the page or something as I can`t find the product on our website either. You should see the refund in your account within another couple of days.

Why did the order go thru then if you don't carry it?

Have you refunded the whole amount? What about the stuff in my order that you do carry?
It is disappointing that you tell me 9 days after ordering that it will not be sent because you don't have 1 small atty from my order!!!

If it were my business i would refund for the part that i don't have, and expedite the rest of the stuff to my customer.

Hello,

The full amount was refunded. This is because if we only refunded you for the attie, you would have been charged more shipping for tomizer itself. If you need the other part of the order you can place a new order for it.

Regarding the link you just showed, it does show the product but when I click on spare parts on my computer it doesn't show under the category. We have this product hidden on our admin page so no one can purchase it. It is likely you have our old page cached as no one has purchased this product for about a year now.
