Nice read, but it's just a thought piece hoping the incoming commissioner will revisit the issue with a more objective and positive outlook on vaping. It's not saying he will. Unless the incoming person is out to base policy around talking about e cigs, it's likely nothing major will change except behind closed doors regarding how aggressive the enforcement process will be implemented.
