Anyone else noticing this? I have 8 Volt X2 batteries and they all work fine. Hubby has 3 Volt X2s. We have been noticing that some of them don't light up on the "ash end" when vaping like they are supposed to. Yes, we know there is an endcap on there. But it used to be that you could take the end cap off and use it like a mirror to see if the end was blinking or lighting up steady. 4 of my 8 batteries don't do that. 4 do. Hubby's rainbow one doesn't light up when vaping either...but his black one and silver one do light up. One of mine I just got in the mail a couple of days ago brand new. It doesn't light up except when charging. All are automatic.

Anyone else?? What's up with that? Imagine? Anyone? Like I said, the batteries all work fine. Just curious if it's anything we should be concerned about. Thanks!

I have exactly the same problem with two (out of 7) of my automatic 650 X2's, bought recently. Mine are green, but obviously color is not an issue. I'm reluctant to exchange, because Australia Post doesn't accept lithium batteries and I would have to lie in the customs declaration. Sometimes I notice a weak red light when drawing, but mostly not. Let us know what CS says.

I have 4 that all have various level of light. One is very very dim. Another acts as a spotlight.

I thought I was the only one that checked the end cap as a mirror.

LOL!!!! Hubby and I both do the endcap-as-mirror thing. It's cool with those ones that won't light up, though. I have been using the X2s so long now I can "sense" when the battery is getting weak, and I'll just put it on the charger. Heck...we thought those end caps were so shiny because they were SUPPOSED to be used as little mirrors!! (J/K!!!)
