X2 900 Manual Battery Red Light

Hi,
Maybe this question has already been answered but I couldn't find it anywhere. My sister ordered each of us an X2 900 Manual battery. She has silver and mine is copper-colored. Well, after a couple weeks the light near the button of my battery turned red instead of blue and it completely stopped working. She sent it back and received a replacement of the same copper colored battery for me. Now after less than a week the same problem started again! Has anyone else had this happen to their battery? It just seems weird that I got 2 faulty batteries in a row. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I usually use it without the passthrough cord throughout the day, but I let it charge overnight. Any suggestions?

I've never seen a red light on mine, but maybe it's just a new way of telling you that it turned itself off? Have you tried pushing the button 5 times really fast? Or maybe there's a glitch with the copper batch. Maybe try a different color if it needs replacing again...

Yeah, that's what I was wondering about the glitch with the copper batch. I tried clicking it 5 times fast to turn it on and off, hoping to reset it or something but it still doesn't work. When it's on and I push the button there is power because the light turns red, but there's no vape.

have you tried changing the carto/clearo you are using? Maybe that is where the problem is?

Thanks for the suggestion. I just tried it but I still can't get any vapor...

how about cleaning the threads and connection area of the battery? If liquid gets in there it could cause a short? Q tips and a kleenex works best for me.

something else to try is to tighten carto up then slightly back it off and try it
