Endura t22 problem

Is a light supposed to come on when it's charging? When I plug it in it blinks red and then the light goes off.

Also, when I go to take a puff it'll work and the light will be green then it'll turn red and stay red for a while. I changed the coil and it didn't help anything.

Anyone got any ideas?
