E-Cig will not charge correctly

I bought the E-Cig today and when I went to go charge it it wont.

The manual says to charge it for 8 hours until it is fully charged, light will change from red to green when ready to use.

I plug it in for 30 seconds and the light will be a main color red but have a flashing blue in the side, after 30 seconds the light turns back blue as if it isn't even plugged in....
I've cleaned it and everything I could try to fix this, but nothing works.
Anyone know what could be wrong?

what model is it? If this is a usb charger, you might not have enough voltage on the usb port you're connecting it to. I notice much shorter usb charging times when I use a wall-converter.

Also, have you tried it? Most of the ones I've gotten already come with an almost full charge anyway...

Man, i have tried everything.... it worked when i got it and plugged it into my computer, USB drive, but when I transferred it to the wall it started doing this, and went back to the computer and its still doing this

Corpus I am just guessing here but, ensure the battery is not connected to the charger when you connect the charger to the wall socket or the USB port. Once the charger is connected then connect the battery. Also are you talking about the light on the charger or the light on the battery?
