English Toffee Liquid

I got some English Toffee the other day and I swear this is not English Toffee. It smells and tastes coconuty; almost like a Bahama mama drink (yes this is bad because I don't really like fruity liquids). Did I possibly get a bottle that was mislabeled? I thought English Toffee would taste nutty toffeeish.

i just got mine too same thing pineapple,coconuty i thought it was mislabeled too but Val said it is not that those bases are used to make it..... weird huh

I had that same experience and posted about, as others have. It's weird because some people said they didn't get that coconut flavor at all. I actually didn't think it tasted bad.
I just thought it didn't taste like toffee.

Yeah..that's how it tastes. Not a miss label. It's a good flavor but was way too sweet for me. Put it in the swap thread maybe someone else will want to try it. If you like sweet coconut its the juice for you

Same here, I thought it tasted like Pina Colada and thought it may have been miss labeled. Hubby couldn't stand it but I'm a fruity and liked it.

Very interesting. I just refilled from a new Eng Toffee bottle... Not picking up the coconut at all. Silly taste buds.

Hmmmm . . . I read reviews about the Regular English Toffee Cartos having some coconut flavor so I actually bought it based on that BUT I bought the Premium Version of the Cartos and didn't detect any coconut (it actually tasted like celery to me on the exhale) - maybe the juice is more like the original/regular carto flavor.

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a 5ml bottle of English Toffee along with some others and I also thought that it had a coconut taste to it. It was not bad but not toffee either. I looked on here to see if there were other similar experiences and didn't see any at the time so I thought maybe it was just me. Thanks for this post.

We have over 90 flavors either in stock, or on the way, I will take time this week to go thru ALL of them, if some are not correct, we will figure out what the issues are, and make them available as mislabled.

I know we are still running over 90% perfect, but, mistakes do get made. 9/10 is good, but, I promise we will get it better, MUCH BETTER!!!

I guessed pineapple..pina colada maybe.
But I found I really liked the flavor, regardless of what it was labeled, and ordered more

I think RY4 tastes more like toffee (with caramel) than the toffee labeled flavor.

This just proves how taste really is subjective hahaha

Well I'm glad to know I'm not going crazy. I'll probably sell this because I really don't like fruity flavors at all.
