No, it will dilute it. The only way to enhance flavor is add more flavoring.
However, also let juice sit for 2 to 4 weeks and see if it gets better. Called Steeping.
You can try to heat it slightly to speed up steeping time. But, if the flavor is week,
the only way to fix that is add more flavoring.

Also, you could be vaping at too low or high a voltage, this can affect flavor as well.

note: adding PG will dilute the flavor, but may add more throat hit, and a little sweetness

Tepid is right you would dilute it. You got to add more flavor. Steeping will definitely improve it. I relate it to making chili or soup it's always better the day after you make it. I guess you get a better fusion. Tepid is also right about heating. I have found if you take the bottle and put it in hot tap water not boiling it will speed up the process.
I never did this but just to warn you don't try microwaving it. Heard someone tried that and it did not end well. Thankfully that is not one I had to learn the hard way. You may also want to try it in a cleaned for fresh atty. Sometimes an older one will have some of the old stuff in it.

VG is also thicker than PG.... For steeping, add a drop or two of vodka to the juice. Let it sit for a few hours before putting the bottle in warm water. I usually take a coffee cup filled with water.... microwave til it starts boiling.. Remove from the microwave and let it sit for five to ten minutes. Then, I put the juice bottle in the cup of hot water and check the water temp every twenty minutes. When it feels pretty cool... I remove the juice and once again microwave the water again. Boiling.. 5-10 minute cooling.. Add juice bottle once again. After second time microwaving .. No More Microwave. Only run Hot tap water ever so often as the water cools. After about six hours, juice is steeped through the process and should be settled appropriately. I only do this for VG... considering the vodka part as PG is already at a very thin viscosity. The vodka will add a little to TH as well, so only use maybe one or two drops if you use this method!!
