I started off about 3 years ago now at 18mg which was fine for months until I really started chain vaping, then came the headaches, queasiness and feelings of anxiety. It actually took me a while to realize it was the chain vaping at 18mg that was causing this for me. I've since over time lowered my nic to 6mg now and still get a good throat hit from it. I also noticed it became harder to fall asleep with my higher nicotine intake which really sucked since I've always suffered from insomnia and anxiety, it was like trying to go to sleep after drinking a ton of coffee. Even now that I only vape at 6mg I sometimes make a few juices with zero nic just to use at night, at zero nic I don't get any throat hit but it satisfies my desire to chain vape. I live to vape ha its like my PV is permanently attached to my hand :)

In my experience, it's easier to cut your nicotine more drastically than you'd think.

I went from 18 mg/ml straight
down to 6 mg/ml with pretty much no effects at all.

My personal opinion is that once you're over the withdrawal from all the other chemicals in analog cigarettes, the nicotine isn't as big of a deal as we'd like to think.

Again, just my experience.

I agree 100%. I started vaping on 11/1, and I went from 20+ analogs a day to 18mg to 12mg to 6mg to 0mg (for 10 days), now I am vaping 6, and plan to stay there until next year's 10 day 0mg break.

I totally agree that there are other chemicals in cigarettes that are habit forming. My first week of vaping was a strange one as I was getting plenty of nicotine but my mind was definitely missing SOMETHING else that is in those damn stinkies. I was over that in less than two weeks and I am not looking back. Thank goodness!
