100mg/ml would having you using the least amount. You would need to add 5.4 mls of nic to your 30 mls of juice.

I get 15.3 mg/ml with that; you did not include the extra volume of the base. 6.6 ml of 100 mg/ml base + 30 ml of 0 mg/ml juice = 36.6 ml of 18.03 mg/ml juice.

Just my opinion, but if you are going to buy some nic base online, you might as well add a little VG and/or PG, a disposable syringe, and a flavoring or two to your cart. But I am biased, because I like my juice better than any premade stuff, and it only costs me $0.02 - $0.05 per ml to make it.
