(I am hoping it is alright to post this in this section of the forum.) I was just want to share the great experience I have had doing business with Envison Vapor! I ordered a couple of beautiful glass drip tips, and a glass tank from them. I had a little problem with one of the tips not fitting into my Boge carto, which in turn led to me losing my battery and tank...long story...anyway, I went to place an order for another tank to replace the one I lost, and I mentioned in the notes what had happened. Not long after placing the order, Jason called me and wanted to know exactly what had happened. Not only did he offer to send along another tip to replace the one that wasn't fitting properly, he went above and beyond and offered some other solutions as well.
