epower 3 charging

After ordering an eleaf istick today I cranked open my epower 3 (home vape) - does anyone know if the display will read 'charged' when it's finished charging? At the moment it's showing a flashing full battery but keeps saying 'charging'.

Anyone else encountered this?

It takes a bit to fully top off the charge

I would give it a bit to charge. They always don't come completely charged.
