My pleasure, glad I could help! Also glad you like that Ice Cap, I didn't like it much. In fact, I've started to steer away from sweet flavours in general.

Still no news from ePuff or Vincent - I hope he took advantage of the strike to go on vacation, it would really suck if he closed down for good. If that were the case though, I don't think he'd be MIA like this.. who knows.

If anyone else is in need of juice because of the strike, shoot me a PM and I'll fix you up for free :)

That's good news, though in the 2 months they were down I found BWB. Sorry ePuff, you should have at least given some sign of life before now, and/or some warning beforehand. Crappy behavior that left me hanging and doesn't really deserve my support. Is that harsh?

I don't feel it is harsh at all. I have no idea what has been going on with ePuff but it sure seemed like they were there one day then not the next. IMO A company should let it's customers know what is happening instead of leaving them hanging, seems like common sense to me.

That's exactly how it went down. I needed more juice, went to the site, down for "maintenance". Not a peep for 2 months, emails ignored, then "oh we'll be back in a few days". Even ignored ECF admin and had their supplier status revoked, didn't seem to care, still not a word.

I like their juice, and the fact that they're pretty much local to me means 1-2 day shipping, but they ain't cheap and now I feel mistreated lol

yeah I'm afraid it looks like they closed. Sucks for them, sucks for their customers, and it mostly sucks for the canadian industry.

edit: I did not see the update about them being "back in a couple of days", sorry. I'm quite curious to know what happened. Like LoungeMuffin said, if they were just, hum, "away" for maintenance and whatnot, that's pretty poor customer service,,
Anyways, story developping, I guess.
