The beautiful Puget Sound
I started vaping last February, and have really been enjoying ECF.
Graduated from a VaporKing Storm starter kit to a Provape 1, 2 Provari Mini's, and have just ordered an ErlKonigin from Austria, as I need to start building my own coils.
I may have questions... ;-)
Thanks ECF!
Welcome to ECF Celsee! My Erlkoenigin just arrived yesterday.:) There is a ton of useful information (including how to coil and wick it properly,) in this thread, http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...zer-systems/573083-erlkoenigin-pictorial.html. You'll need to have 5 posts in the New Members Forum before you can post there, but you can still read it until you do.

Thank you. I read it, and will be reading it again and again this weekend. I also saw a YouTube review by Todd, that was really good. It seems to have solved some of the problems that kept me from buying the Kayfun, or Russian 91%.
My Erlkonigin is in Ohio already!

The Erlkonigin has arrived! So small and light! I know I have a set of tiny screwdrivers for repairing eyeglasses and hope it contains a phillips! I did buy 28 gage kanthal yesterday, but it may be awhile till I can assemble everying I need. I hear they are shipping with the stainless steel tip, and some extras from today on. I received the plastic tip, and the positive pole spacer.
I will be ordering a bunch of extras once the MINI Erlk is available. I hear that it will be soon.

Built a coil, wicked it with cotton, wet it with ejuice, and connected it to my Provari to check the resistance, but my Provari is not detecting it, or making contact with it. The reading the Provari gives is Op, (Open), which means that there is no atomizer connected, or the the atomizer has a reading higher than 9.9 ohms, and should not be used. Since I used 9 wraps of 28 gage kanthal, wrapped over a 2mm allen key, I doubt the 9.9 ohms scenario, and believe the pin is not making the connection.
I hope this is something simple.

Obviously the center pin doesnt make contact. Try on different battery/mech/vv mod. Dunno if provari has floating pin, i guess not.

Also waiting for clone :)
