so i received my eroll after what felt like a fair amount of waiting and anticipation, sometime last week. holding loyalties with my p+, evic (also currently non-functional), and 3.5 ml tanks this little pv offered something a little more basic. my experiences weren't perfect. the tank needed to be refilled once before the battery died, and the tanks leaked unless they were held in my hand or secured in a case. in contrast to starting this vaping adventure on a 650mah ego-t, the eroll performed beautifully. i had originally intended to use it out and while at work, but it actually worked its way into my routine as a home use pv.
yesterday my pcc charger bit the dust. i never dropped it, the tanks never leaked in the pcc. it just died without the red led warning. didn't think much of it and plugged it in overnight. i felt wary as the night grew later, but figured by morning everything would be ok. no such luck. my pcc now does not function unless hooked up to an ac connection. lame! luckily i am still able to return it for a replacement kit.
this project was experimental so it's not a huge deal. it's just really discouraging, and i'm glad i have mechanical options available to me.

in case anyone was wondering, i was using the stock ac usb and cable exclusively. anyone else had any unexpected eroll mishaps?

so this is crazy. i was packaging up my kit today for a return, and i had the urge to plug the pcc back in. the led works once more, and both the red and blue light are on. let's see if it will actually start functioning for a while again.
i tried sporadically a few days after the initial incident, but at that time the pcc was still not responding to a power source. ...? i want to be able to return it if it is not consistent, but it will really affect the processing on this return. :| at least it will be a few days before i am able to return it, we will see how it works in the meantime.

update: the blue led is still on hours after i plugged the pcc in. unplugged the pcc and it does not charge the eroll battery at all when removed from a power source. still kind of useless, although more responsive. darn.
