with the long delay between postings I was worried that something had exploded and the pending lawsuits might in someway delay the release of the BB

I'm glad everything got sorted.
I've seen small differences in battery diameters and lengths but nothing like this.

I gotta admit though I was amused at this little piece of verbiage.

I ran off to try sucking the battery out.

Unfortunately it can be days between forum visits - once I get stocked up, I will be saving for a new laptop to take on the road with me.

Anyways, battery update
The battery that got stuck in the SB had zero volts when I got round to checking it, so maybe the battery did fail & expand even though it looked ok - IDK.

I had one of the small 14500's go bad. The top is a kind of brown now (no-How or Cow).

Glad everything worked out )
