i just got my rcr123a tenergy batts today and i put them in the sb. but they werent full charged i just threw them in the sb right out of the box to see if there was a charge and took my first drag and a little smoke can out and then next thing you know my 901 annty was dead... And before that i was vaping that same 901 with my 18650 batts and it was working great for about 4 days tons of vaper.....So after that i threw the 18650 back in the sb to see if that 901 antty would work. But it didnt. thous rcr batts killed my 901 annty... what am i doing wrong..?? im scared to blow another annty.... what should i do. :|

Chances are that you might have been a little dry in the atty.I have killed at least four atties this way.My woman on the other hand vapes nothing but 6v on the SB(dripping)and has no problems. You have to keep the atty very wet,to a 3.7v or stock batt user this would be flooding. To give you some idea your 18650 will make the atty glow orange,6v will make it glow white(much hotter, much faster)this will allow it to burn through flooding conditions.Stick with it,pour on the juice and you will get the hang of it.You might want to stock up on the atties as well.

In the land of no hills and red dirt
1. Be especially careful with the first drag using a freshly charged battery. (I've read that initially they can be charged above the stated maximum.

2. As already stated, keep that puppy wet!

3. Don't hit it too much in a row. When using HV, I feel the outside of my atty with my finger to make sure it's not getting too hot.

4. Don't fill up your cartridge and stick it on a hot atty you've just used. The extreme heat, rapid cool down can cause premature failure.

5. Consider a HV atty. IMO, it doesn't cut down on the vapor, but for me they stand up to abuse a little bit better than reg attys.

Thanks everyone again for the help... im going to keep digging threw post and threads to see what go juices are for 6v.... this 6v thing is a hole new level.....
