Error message when using back button to get back to my settings page

This just started today for me. I use my Settings page to get around the site. After I catch up in a thread that I am subscribed to, I use my back button to get back to my Settings page rather than scrolling up the page to click on the Settings link. This morning when I do this I get this error:

Configuration: includes/config.php exists, but is not in the 3.6+ format. Please convert your config file via the new config.php.new.

If I refresh, then my Settings page shows up. I am using Safari 6.0 and Lion.

I got that too. It only happened for about 10 minutes this afternoon and appears OK now at my end.

It's still happening for me. And it's only when I go to a followed/subscribed thread from my settings page and then try to go back to my settings page using my back button. If I am in a sub-forum and click on a link and then use my back button I go back to the sub-forum with no problem.

Sashwa, i tried to recreate your error but i don't get it, try to clean your cookies,as Cariden said there was an error like that this afternoon but only for a few minutes

exactly my afternoon, 10 am west coast is 1 pm on Miami

Woot!!! That did it, Lis! I logged out and deleted my cache. Me are happy now.

Thanks for pushing me to do it, Lis. I was too lazy to try it when I thought about it.

I am glad you did it, sometimes errors are so easy to clean

And I should have tried that before I even posted about it. I've been around long enough to know to try that before posting.

Ut ohhhhhh, It's happening to me again. I was good for few uses of the back button to my settings page and I'm back to getting the same error message. If I refresh, the page comes back.

Got any other ideas for me to try?

no idea this time

perhaps a c cleaner but i am not sure if it could do it although i really clean the cookies from your hard drive

I just did a reset of Safari after I logged out and I'm still getting that error. Grrrrrrrrr

I don't really like ccleaner on a mac - although I do have it on here.

now i remember your use mac
do a cleaning on safari , you don't the c cleaner

They have a ccleaner for mac now. I just upgraded it to the newest version. I'll give that a try, I guess.

Cleaning on safari is a reset and that didn't work. I logged out of ecf, closed out the ecf tab, and then did the reset and I'm still getting that error. Strange when I cleaned my cache in safari, it worked for a bit and then came back but the reset didn't work at all.
