error when trying to see myVapors chart

after exporting my info from my evic to my comp.
i cant get any data on the charts from myVapors.
i get this error msg
"2100/4/13 98:0:12.0" is not a valid date and time.

any idea?

Check your time setup, looks like you have set to 2100 insted of 2013or whatever..

nope, date and time are correct.
maybe should just drop them an email or something

If using v1.2 or v1.3
Display Time/Date on screen of eVic
Hold ring to left until displayed

Should read Time on top - Hour/minute
Second line Date - Day/Month

Next, Access menu
5 clicks
Configure
Calender
12hr
show Time

Should read:
Time hr/minute
am or pm
Day of week
Day / Month / Year

IF ALL CORRECT
Check/verify Time/Date on PC

IF CORRECT
Uninstall MVR
Reboot
Reinstall MVR

Test

can't seem to delete MVR the normal way.
do i have to manually delete the folder?
