Went into Orlando proper today to visit this store because my previous PV (an 808 starter kit) wasn't doing me well. Nice little store in a decent part of town. They have 3 glass cabinets with stuff on display. When you first walk in you're looking at various kits in one, then kits in another. The last cabinet has all the various accessories like carts, cartos, tanks, etc etc. I wish I had remembered to ask the guy's name, but he was very knowledgeable and spent time asking and answering questions to get me the right product. The physical store just like the website is very much a Joye store, but that's okay. I left with a black 650mah ego-c kit. I kind of wanted the 1000mah, but it wasn't in stock in black. But I'll live. High Caliber juices in stock, about 30 different flavors then a bunch of Dekang stuff and their own esmoker line as well. Pretty much if you see it on their website, they have it in the store. It's a bit of a drive for me from where I live (About 45m) but when you need it right now, it's worth the time to save the time waiting for USPS. Will defiantly shop here again in the future.

So gonna add to the positive experience report.

Had issues with one of the batteries on my eGo kit not working properly. Went by before work today. There was a family in there making purchases. Looked like a dad, daughter, and the grandkids. Picking out juices mostly.

But back to service. The owner checked out my battery a bit to see if he could figure out what was wrong, then gave up and swapped it out for a brand new one. Easy peasy. Then we talked vape and flavors for a little bit. He let me try out his 1000mah Twist (Must own) and then I was on my way a happy customer. With a resupply of some of my current favorite flavor of course.
